Quality PORTAL® is a WEB based opinion assessment system from TekReliance LLC. The primary aim of Quality PORTAL® is to provide facility management a non-intrusive tool to capture and analyze critical opinions from Physicians, Patients, Employees and Visitors about the facility and its services.

Quality PORTAL® dynamically integrates with the facility’s WEB site for gathering information. This integration is seamless and provides 24x7 information collection gateway for the respondents. Patient Care assistants collect information from the patient on periodic basis per facility’s requirements.
